How do I verify your certifications for the US or EU?
We believe in full transparency. Upon request, we will provide you with the full, unedited test reports and certificates from the accredited third-party labs (like TUV, SGS) for any product you are interested in.
What are your typical payment terms for container orders?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit to begin production and the remaining 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We are open to discussing other options for long-term partners with a proven order history.
Can you help with our branded packaging design?
Yes. We offer a full OEM service, which includes customizing the packaging with your brand’s logo, artwork, and technical information. We can provide dielines for your designer or our team can help with the layout.
What is your process for handling a quality issue?
We stand by our products with a 2-year warranty. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we have a clear process. We will work with you to assess the issue and provide a solution, such as replacement parts or a credit on your next order.
