What is your real Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is usually between 50-100 pieces per model, which is much lower than many large factories. For new partners, we are open to discussing a smaller trial order to help you get started. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship.
How does the OEM/ODM customization process work?
It’s a collaborative 4-step process:
- 1. Consultation & Design: We discuss your idea or drawing.
- 2. Engineering & Quotation: Our engineers create a technical spec and quote.
- 3. Prototyping & Approval: We produce a sample for your review.
- 4. Mass Production & Delivery: After your approval, we begin production.
How do you handle shipping to the US and Europe?
We have over a decade of experience shipping globally. We typically work on an FOB basis and can coordinate with your freight forwarder to ensure a smooth process.
How long does an order take from production to delivery?
Production typically takes 45-60 days after sample confirmation. Sea freight to major European ports like Hamburg or Rotterdam usually takes another 30-40 days. We provide a clear timeline when you place your order.
